Single piece steel tube construction of rotor with no welding exposed to wear during use and therefore long life expectancy even in abrasive soil conditions
Low power requirement due to 360° rotating hammers which retreat into flail drum if overloaded
Adjustable hydraulic door allowing large open 'mouth' for mulching tall overgrown areas, and closed to reduce size of mulched material to a minimum.

Heavy Duty design for estate & woodland management;
These swinging hammer mulchers have been design to operate in any situation and are ideal for use as a heavy duty mower where it is likely that stumps will be encountered. The self retracting flails will retreat if overloaded saving tractor and mower damage. Their ability to cut woody material upto 150mm (6”) diameter makes them ideal for clearing overgrown woodland rides, and areas which have become infested with Gorse and other unwanted scrub. The mulching action means the reduction of volume of waste material is so complete that removal in most cases is not required.
