Specialist Maxi log splitters have been designed and built for the professional user. The machines have splitting forces ranging from 8.5 to 20 tonnes and are able to cut logs up to 1.1m in length. They are robust and well made and are suited for heavy use.

Maxi R machines have a low level rotary workbench that can be moved to the side for splitting longer logs at floor level. Splitting force is 12 or 13 tonnes and the machines can be electric (single or three phase) or tractor powered.

Maxi DE machines have floor level work benches and with splitting forces of 13 to 20 tonnes, they are suited for splitting longer logs of up to 110cm or large heavy rings up to 1.5m in diameter. Some models also have a low level work bench fitted as standard for cutting logs up to 65cm. Machines are electric (three phase only), tractor driven or engine driven. The engine driven machines are also suitable for towing.

Maxi I machines have a higher workbench and rams of 35 and 50cm lengths (instead of 100cm on Maxi R and DE models) and are suitable for the commercial splitting of shorter logs. Please ask for details.
