The launch of Ryetec's AEROKING vertical tine aerator at SALTEX in September means there will be more choice in the aerator market, which up until now has been dominated by Vertidrain.

The machines include patented features like 'Autoheave' which is simple to set up and operate yet is a unique system designed to keep the holes more uniform with less wear and tear on the machine. A 3 speed gearboxes is standard on even on the smallest models and this gives fine control of hole spacing on tractors with 540, 750 and 1000 rpm PTO shafts, giving maximum flexibility and hole spacing options.

The AeroKing is manufactured in Italy by Selvatici, a company with 37 years of design and manufacture of heavy duty agricultural spading machines which have been the basis for all vertical tine aeration machines. Selvatici have been designing and manufacturing vertical tine aerators for the past 11 years based on their vast experience.
