Standard Features

  • Tough polythene tank with total emptying, external level indicator, hydraulic agitator and galvanised steel frame with Cat 1 and 2 three point linkage
  • Independent clean water tanks for hand washing and tank/system cleaning
  • Four way distributor with pressure regulation
  • PTO driven pump 70 or 130 litres/minute, 20 bar, twin diaphragm. pump 160/20 pump optional on larger models
  • Suction filtration with self filling intake for fast filling of tank
  • Manual booms with break back system, single jets with quick release fittings and diaphragm check valves (to stop dripping jets).
  • Simple and easy to use controls

 Select the tank size you require, bearing in mind the lift capacity of your tractor (Maximum weight of sprayer (kg) = Tank unit weight + boom weight + capacity in litres) and the area you wish to cover with one fill (standard jets apply approximately 227 litres/hectare ie. 20 gall/acre).
Pumps are 70 or 130 litre/min @ 20 bar. 160 litres/min only needed on 12m+ booms or very high application rates.
All are single lever on/off. 6 way control is needed if fitting a hose reel and lance and larger booms (12m+).

Self levelling:

Triple nozzles allow for the fitting of 3 different nozzles (different application rates) and changing of nozzles involves simply turning the required nozzle to the work position by hand. Standard nozzles are made of nylon with a ceramic option for professional users if required.
This will only be required for regular spraying of agricultural crops when the boom height must be altered for crop height (not normally required for grass/turf applications). Hydraulic option available upon request.
The self levelling system is required for use on uneven ground conditions or high speed operations with booms of 12 metres and over. Hydraulic option available on request.
