We’re back on tour with the Green Keeper, this time fitted with the Zocon Seeder. One of the standout features of this machine is its strong 10mm tine. It provides excellent soil disturbance, breaking up straw and grass mats with ease.

The open rear frame allows debris to pass through freely, while all the wheels are fully adjustable to set the working depth depending on how aggressive you want to be. Today, we’ve set it fairly shallow, but adjusting it is simple via the rear bar. The wheels also pivot, letting the machine follow headlands and contours easily.

It’s straightforward to operate and extremely versatile — popular for drilling SFI mixes, overseeding, cover crops, or simply as a stubble rake. A very practical machine that’s definitely worth a look.

I caught up with Josh, from Embraer Contracting, who manages a large amount of land including Bramham. I asked him why he chose our Zocon Seeder over other options and what it’s been like dealing with Ryetec.
