Overview:

- Round Bale Clamp requires periodic grease lubrication at a few grease nipples.
- Standard equipped with a check valve to keep constant grip during usage.
- Maximum oil pressure is 180 bar for all variations; if higher, a pressure relief valve is essential.

Because of the wide clamping range, the bale clamps are suitable for any type of bale, including round, square, straw, silage, or hay bales. - Modular brackets and wide machine compatibility:
The bale clamps are modularly constructed, making it possible to add extra options later. With more than 100 different boltable brackets available, the clamp can be attached to practically any tractor or wheel loader, and reconfigured to suit another machine when needed. - Double cylinders for accuracy and clamping power:
All bale clamps are provided with two strong cylinders, ensuring extra clamping power and a firm grip on all types of bales without damaging them. - Check valve:
Standard equipped with a check valve, ensuring the clamps remain at a constant grip during usage. - Galvanised, robust construction:
Manufactured from high-quality steel, with both frame and arms fully galvanised for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. - Maintenance approach:
Universal and Mini Bale Clamp are maintenance-free due to self-lubricating, replaceable plastic slide strips, removing the need for grease lubrication. Round Bale Clamp has grease nipples requiring periodic lubrication. - Optional accessories:
Extension of 55/60 centimetres, allowing movement of multiple bales in one go for more efficient transport. Pressure relief valve, required if the tractor or wheel loader supplies oil pressure above 180 bar. Euro brackets, commonly chosen brackets allowing attachment to multiple well-known machines. Alternative brackets, with more than 100 different options available to suit relevant tractors or wheel loaders. Examples include ZAD-2003 (Liebherr, Terex, Volvo, Komatsu), ZAD-2045 (Giant, Kubota, Eurotrac), ZAD-2012 (Matbro, John Deere).

Max oil pressure:
180 bar for all variations, if reaching higher than that, a pressure relief valve is essential.
Which version to choose
B-01, for round and square bales up to 1500 kg, large clamping range, suitable when dealing with different types of bales.
RB-01, ideal when working exclusively with round bales, movable clamping arms clamp securely around the entire surface, even pressure will not deform the bale.
MB-01, best choice for smaller (midi) bales and lighter tractors or wheel loaders, shorter arms make it 100 kg lighter than the universal clamp, with similar clamping width.
