Robust galvanised construction:
Manufactured from strong, high-quality steel with a fully galvanised frame, allowing the scraper to withstand heavy-duty use while offering excellent resistance to corrosion.
Durable rubber scraping blade:
Equipped with thick rubber mats that wear slowly due to their high quality. The rubber mat can be flipped after wear and replaced when required, extending the overall lifespan of the machine.
Modular design and adaptability:
The modular construction allows parts, attachments, and optional accessories to be added, replaced, or upgraded at a later stage. This ensures flexibility across different machines and working environments.
Wide attachment compatibility:
The rubber scrapers can be assembled with a three-point linkage and forklift input, enabling use on the front or rear of tractors as well as forklifts. Alternatively, a universal attachment frame allows mounting to more than 100 different wheel loaders.
Adjustable scraper configurations:
Available in three configurations:
• Standard rubber scraper, fixed blade with mechanically adjustable corners.
• Mechanical rubber scraper, blade pivots left and right up to 60 degrees using steel pins, with mechanically adjustable corners.
• Hydraulic rubber scraper, blade pivots left and right up to 60 degrees via hydraulic system, requiring a hydraulic coupling, with mechanically adjustable corners.
Optional accessories:
Snow extension, mounted on top of the rubber scraper to move large quantities of snow effectively.
3-in-1 linkage, combining three-point linkage, forklift input, and euro linkage for maximum attachment flexibility.
Collision protection valve, required when hydraulic pivot systems are used with machines delivering more than 180 bar.
Optional attachment brackets including ZAD-2003 (Liebherr, Terex, Volvo, Komatsu), ZAD-2045 (Giant, Kubota, Eurotrac), and ZAD-2011 (Manitou).
| Variant | Blade pivot left and right | Pivot method | Hydraulic coupling required | Corners | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Rubber scraper standard | No | Fixed blade | No | Mechanically adjustable corners | Blade is fixed onto the scraper, cannot be hinged left or right. |
| Rubber scraper mechanical | Yes, up to 60 degrees | Steel pins, detachable, for left to right pivot | No | Mechanically adjustable corners | Steel pins can be detached to pivot the blade left and right. |
| Rubber scraper hydraulical | Yes, up to 60 degrees | Hydraulic pivot system attachment | Yes | Mechanically adjustable corners | If using hydraulic pivot, a collision protection valve can be applied when machine delivers more than 180 bar. |
